With 22 years of experience in the heavy civil construction platform, 18 years in roadway construction, and 16 years in the concrete paving industry. I have developed an extensive knowledge of all aspects of concrete paving from designing, to phasing, to bidding, to mining aggregate, to mix designs, to batching, to hauling, to paving, to final smoothness profiles, and all the steps in-between.

• I can offer a contractor minded, but neutral constructability review to your next project. I can give insights to phasing, joint plans, and what it takes to build your next concrete project and reduce conflicts during construction.
• If conflicts do arise on the project I can help facilitate a project first approach to finding a resolution between the contractor and the agency. 
• I can educate your inspectors on what to watch out for while building your concrete project. Training them on what is important to achieve the long life performance you expect form concrete.
• I also offer training for maintenance crews to properly repair and maintain your current concrete assets
