Matt Fonte's practical experience with concrete pavement and ability to share that knowledge with others have been a valuable addition to the Colorado Department of Transportation's (CDOT's) concrete pavement inspector certification program that is managed by the CO/WY Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA). The Southwest Concrete Pavement Association, SWCPA, has been working with Matt Fonte since he founded Fonte & Company.  Matt has proven to be extremely knowledgeable and skilled in all facets of concrete pavement construction.  Matt is communicative, an excellent presenter, and a real pleasure to work with.  We've engaged Matt to participate in SWCPA Workshops, referred him to DOTs across the country through our network, jointly conducted Just-In-Time-Training Sessions onsite at working projects, and on multiple occasions invited him to take the stage and present at the Nevada Infrastructure Concrete Conference.
